By using Ledgard you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Ledgard produces due-diligence reports about Dubai property, computed in code from officially registered records and the information you supply. Reports are analysis and information only. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and must not be relied on as such.

Who we are

Ledgard is operated by Ashmont Pinnacle Advisory FZ-LLC, licence no. 47036759 and registration no. 0000004095797, Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates.

No liability

Property investment involves risk. Estimates in reports are labelled as such and are not verified transaction records unless explicitly noted. You are responsible for your own decisions and should engage qualified professionals (legal, tax, mortgage, snagging) before transacting. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ledgard is not liable for any loss arising from your use of a report or reliance on its contents.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, reverse engineer it, resell reports without our written permission, or submit content you have no right to submit.

Accounts & payments

You are responsible for activity on your account. Paid features are billed on the plan you select and are non-refundable except where required by law. Report credits are consumed one credit per Full Report, do not expire, and are not exchangeable for cash.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Ras Al Khaimah have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Contact contact@ledgard.app with any questions.
