Ledgard ("we", "us") provides AI-generated due-diligence reports on Dubai property. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

When you create an account we collect your email address and an authentication credential. When you generate a report we store the property details you submit and the report we generate for you.

How we use it

We use your information to authenticate you, generate reports on your request, keep a history of your past reports, and communicate with you about the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties

We use trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, database, authentication, and AI model inference. These providers process data only on our instructions.

Your choices

You may request deletion of your account and stored reports at any time by emailing contact@ledgard.app.
