Ledgard is operated by Ashmont Pinnacle Advisory FZ-LLC, licence no. 47036759 and registration no. 0000004095797, Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean that company. We decide what information is collected through Ledgard and why, and we are responsible for it. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

Ledgard provides due-diligence reports on Dubai property.

Information we collect

When you create an account we collect your email address and an authentication credential. When you generate a report we store the property details you submit and the report we generate for you.

How we use it

We use your information to authenticate you, generate reports on your request, keep a history of your past reports, and communicate with you about the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Emails you ask for

If you request an area snapshot or subscribe to the monthly briefing, we store the email address you give us and use it only to send you what you asked for. Our email provider processes it on our instructions and every briefing carries an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete the address at any time.

Enquiries from our adverts

If you completed an enquiry form on one of our adverts on Facebook or Instagram, the answers you gave are passed to us so that we can reply to you. That usually means your name, email address, telephone number and any question the advert asked. We also receive a reference for the advert and the form that produced your enquiry.

A short suggested reply and a rating of how ready to proceed the enquiry appears are then produced automatically, using an artificial intelligence service provided by Anthropic. Your answers are sent to that service so the text can be produced, and they are not used to train models. The rating only helps us decide who to contact first. It is not a credit assessment, it is not shared outside our business, and no decision affecting your legal position is made automatically. A person decides whether and how to contact you.

Enquiry records are held in our own database and are deleted within ninety days of the enquiry closing, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

We use trusted providers for hosting, database, authentication and email delivery, and for the automatic drafting described above. Meta collects any enquiry form you complete on Facebook or Instagram before passing it to us. These providers process data only on our instructions.

Your choices

You may request deletion of your account and stored reports at any time by emailing contact@ledgard.app.
